Our shipping policy – Due to the holiday season, shipping times may be longer than usual.
• Worldwide shipping: Orders are shipped from different warehouses from Switzerland, United Kingdom, Netherlands and the United States. Art will be sent from the closest hub, thus avoiding unnecessary carbon emissions, shipping and customs costs. All orders come with tracking number and insurance.
All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. Usually an order takes around 4 to 10 days to arrived.
• Methods of payment: We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Cards and Apple pay (options will be displayed at checkout)
• Refunds: We offer the possibility a 10 day refund (excluding shipping costs). Please state the reason for requesting a refund.
The items must be returned in the original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.
Important! Returns happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Please contact us at info@funkycurator.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
• Damaged items: We ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if for any reason it arrives damaged, please let us know straight away.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. If you do not want a new item shipped, we kindly ask you to initiate a refund instead.
• Shipping costs / Customs: All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. However, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
