Funky Curator started with a simple belief: The art on your walls should change how it feels to be in it. I’m Maru — founder and curator.

I started this studio in 2020, when home became everything. And I realized something:

The right piece in the right room is transformative. When you walk in, you feel it instantly. The light lands differently. Your body settles. Time moves at a different pace. That’s what I wanted to build.

Today, Funky Curator works with emerging artists from Argentina, Japan, Switzerland, and beyond. We don’t just select artworks — we spend time in their studios. We hear their stories. We understand the obsession, the intention, the moment that sparked each piece. Because when you know where something comes from, decoration becomes discovery.

Every piece is a limited edition of 350. Printed on museum-grade paper (Hahnemühle German Etching or Enhanced Matte), using pigment inks designed to last over 100 years. Made to order. Zero waste.
