Gustavo Reinoso is a Plastic Artist and Architect (UBA). Argentine (1969). Lives and works in Buenos Aires.
He has been dedicated to architecture for 25 years. He also served as Art Director of IAM Cartoon Projects, a production company specialized in the creation of content for children (he is one of the creators of Bondi Band, an animated series: Disney, Telefé, Televisa) until he decided to immerse himself completely in the fine arts. Reinoso is a self-taught artist who investigates, works and seeks for his own forms of expression.
He exhibited in Miami within the framework of ART BASEL (MEET), Palm Beach and New York. He developed a collection for the firm Peter Kent and “Shared Stories” an art event with which he toured the interior of the country at the hands of the Mortgage Bank.
In 2015, the “Pueyrredón” Subway Station of Line D, in the City of Buenos Aires, intervened with a series of murals and recently designed the signage for platforms and interiors of the wagons on the same line.
He made murals on some roads for the Quilmes borough and also for private companies. He took part in individual exhibitions at the General San Martín Cultural Center, Tucumán Historic House, Kónex Cultural Center, TEDx Colonia Del Sacramento, TED, TEDx Bs.As, Banco Ciudad Exhibition Hall, ARTEME (Carlos Regazzoni gallery), participated in several editions of Wine and Art and BADA direct from artist.
His series “Aromas de Mercado” was exhibited at the CCBorges in 2017 and in the gallery of the Brick Hotel Buenos Aires (Soffitel). His latest work “Invisibles” was exhibited at the alternative cultural center “La Confiteria” in 2019
He also collaborates artistically with different institutions such as Techo Argentina, Doctors without borders and Vamos a Zoomar
