Description
Bernabé Sedita grew up painting the landscapes of his native Córdo-ba outdoors. From the hand of his father, Daniel, he learned to paint ‘au plain air’ as if it were a game. “You could say that my training is self-taught, because I did not receive a degree in any school,” he says. However, more than 800 paintings made with this technique and numerous painting and exchange trips in the atelier of other artists around the world, give him the solidity and humility of a teacher. A young representative of Impressionism, with simple brushstrokes he achieves complex works, which are completed with a withdrawn and attentive observation. His goal and, at the same time, his greatest virtue, is to make the tones of his landscapes transport, with each new look, to that original moment of connection with nature.
