• Worldwide shipping: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland and delivered worldwide using Swiss Post.
• Economy or Priority: Depending on the shipping destination and what you order, you can choose between Economy or Priority shipping. Available shipping options are shown upon checkout. Note that only Priority shipping offers the possibility to track and trace your order. Multiple orders might be shipped in two or more packages. For large orders using Priority shipping, each package will have its own tracking number.
All orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped.
• Shipping costs / Customs: All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. However, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
• Methods of payment: We accept payment via PayPal, Apple pay, Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer (options will be displayed at checkout)
• Refunds: We offer the possibility a 10 day refund (excluding shipping costs). Please state the reason for requesting a refund.
The items must be returned in the original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.
Important! Returns happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund.

• Damaged items: We ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if for any reason it arrives damaged, please let us know straight away.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. If you do not want a new item shipped, we kindly ask you to initiate a refund instead.
